Auland uses a method called Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) to deposit a nano coating film directly onto the surface of products. This process requires no solvents and is carried out in a vacuum-coating deposition chamber. The vacuum eliminates contaminants from the air and creates a pristine environment where polymerization reactions can occur, resulting in a coating of superior density and quality. This enhances the protective film’s overall quality, ensuring higher density and greater performance.

The coating is truly conformal, wrapping every corner with even coverage and no incremental weight to the device. It also has a high specific strength, good impact resistance, sound insulation, and is flame retardant.

During the initial phase of client engagement, Auland studies the intended application of their devices. Based on this information, the company's engineering team decides on the material and thickness required for effective protection. If the client is satisfied with the achieved results, as part of the second phase, it furnishes a quotation that encompasses the coating machine’s cost, as well as daily operational expenses. This includes labor, electricity, and chemical costs associated with machine usage. If the proposed costs align with the client's budget, a contract is finalized.

Auland's machines come in modularized parts that can be assembled wherever the customer prefers, whether in South Asia, Mexico, or any other destination.
